2. Do you ship outside Finland?
Currently, we primarily ship within Finland with delivery times of 5 business days. For international inquiries, please contact us directly. Delivery to Europe is coming soon.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. For custom or personalized pieces, please allow 7–14 days for production before shipping.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, in original condition, and with original packaging. Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable.

2. Is there a warranty on your jewelry?
All our pieces come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear.
